Mr. Tsoi Hoi Shan
Mr. Tsoi Hoi Shan serves as the Executive Director and Chairman of Chemz International PTE. LTD. Joining the company in 2000, he initially took on the role of supervisor within the quality control department, overseeing the production process at the Hong Kong Yuen Long Plant to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. A 1998 graduate with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Tongji University, Mr. Tsoi is also the brother of Ms. Choy Siu Chit, another Executive Director of the company.

Mr. Leung Wing Hon
Mr. Leung Wing Hon holds multiple roles within the company as Executive Director, Vice-Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary. A member of several prestigious accounting and taxation institutes, Mr. Leung earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Bolton and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Leicester. Bringing over 20 years of experience in finance and business administration, he has been with Chemz International PTE. LTD since 1997, overseeing the company’s financial operations.

Ms. Choy Siu Chit
Ms. Choy Siu Chit, an Executive Director since 1990, has significantly contributed to the company’s regulatory achievements, including the successful Drug Master File submission for amoxicillin bulk medicine to the FDA in 2001. An alumna of Beijing University’s Private Equity Investment Fund Advanced Class, Ms. Choy also holds directorships in various subsidiaries and is involved in brokerage services through Mighty Brokerage (Asia) Limited. She is the sister of Mr. Tsoi Hoi Shan.

Mr. Fang Yu Ping
Mr. Fang Yu Ping, an Executive Director of the company, graduated with a medical degree from Southeast University in 1986. Before joining Chemz International in 1995, he was a faculty member at his alma mater. Mr. Fang has held several leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager of the China Sales Division for Finished Products.

Ms. Zou Xian Hong
Ms. Zou Xian Hong, an Executive Director, boasts over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry. She earned her doctorate in management science from Central South University in 2010 and her EMBA from Hunan University. Before her tenure starting in 1994 at Chemz International, she taught at Hunan Medical Middle School. Ms. Zou has played pivotal roles, including Vice President and General Manager of the China Sales Division.

Ms. Zhu Su Yan
Ms. Zhu Su Yan, aged 54, is an Executive Director with a rich background in healthcare and pharmaceutical sales. After graduating from Southeast University in 1988, she worked as a neurosurgeon before moving into pharmaceuticals with Pfizer in 1994. Joining Chemz International PTE. LTD in early 1995, Ms. Zhu has since ascended through various senior roles, including Vice President and General Manager of the China Sales Division, specializing in sales and marketing within the PRC.
